What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from our suppliers and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of the order being processed. Estimated delivery times vary depending on which countries the item is being shipped to:

NOTE: Shipping times typically vary based on the customs of each country. Some countries may clear packages faster than other.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control).
What if there’s a delay with my order?
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
How can I track my package?
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please email us with pictures at support@ravaplay.com right away. You can also check our Returns Policy to see whether you meet the criteria for a return.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To quality for a return, check out our Returns Policy to see whether you meet the criteria.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
