Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from our suppliers and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of the order being processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on which countries the item is being shipped to:

  • AUSTRALIA: 5-15 Business Days
  • INTERNATIONAL: 5-15 Business Days

NOTE: Shipping times typically depend on the customs of each country. Some countries may clear packages faster than other.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). 

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that the address provided is correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RAVA. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please email us with pictures at support@ravaplay.com right away. You can also check our Returns Policy to see whether you meet the criteria for a return.
